Types of data processed:
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When visiting the website, your browser automatically transmits information (IP address, date, time, browser type) which is stored in server log files. Data transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
This website uses cookies. A consent banner is displayed on your first visit, allowing you to accept or reject cookies.
Technically necessary cookies are set without consent and serve basic website functionality (e.g., storing your consent decision).
Analytics and marketing cookies are only set with your explicit consent (opt-in). You can revoke your consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser.
This website uses Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited). The Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, store cookies, or perform analyses. Services managed through it (e.g., Google Analytics 4) are only activated after consent is given (Consent Mode v2).
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to analyze how our website is used (e.g., pages visited, time on site, approximate visitor origin). This helps us understand which content is relevant and how inquiries come about.
Measurement data is first processed via Server-Side Tagging (see Section 9) before being forwarded to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. User-related data is retained by Google for a maximum of 14 months. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records interaction data such as mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling to generate heatmaps and session replays.
Form field inputs are masked by default and are not recorded in clear text. A transfer to the USA is possible; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
For the measurement services described in Sections 7 and 8, we use Server-Side Tagging. Measurement data is not sent directly from your browser to the respective providers, but first to a server container we control (a subdomain of this website), where data can be filtered and reduced before being forwarded. This gives us control over what data the providers receive.
The server container is operated via the provider TAGGRS (Netherlands); processing takes place on servers within the EU.
Legal basis: corresponds to the legal basis of the respective measurement service (see Sections 7 and 8).
This website uses Google Fonts for consistent typography. When loading a page, your browser downloads fonts from Google servers, transmitting your IP address.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
We use Calendly LLC (Atlanta, GA, USA) for appointment scheduling. When booking, your name and email address are transmitted to Calendly.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Videos are hosted by Wistia Inc. (Cambridge, MA, USA) and loaded only after interaction (click). When playing a video, usage data (IP address, playback duration) is transmitted to Wistia.
Data submitted through the contact form (name, email, message) is processed to handle your inquiry and delivered to us via email. Data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after processing, unless legal retention obligations apply.
To understand how an inquiry comes about, we store the following information in your browser's local storage (localStorage, first-party, maximum 90 days) when you visit the site:
This information remains in your browser and is only transmitted to us when you actively send an inquiry or book an appointment. In that case it is submitted together with your request, so we can recognize which content or channel made you aware of us. No cross-site tracking takes place; the data is not shared with third parties.
You can delete this information at any time by clearing your website data in your browser.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in attributing inquiries to source channels); for the use of the GCLID for advertising purposes Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
